Meet Rachael Ford

Rachael is a Registered Psychologist who has completed her Master of Professional Practice in Psychology.

Rachael works wonderfully with children and teenagers experiencing anxiety, stress, phobias, adjustment issues and avoidance, as well as working with adults on work/life balance, stress management, depression, anxiety and phobias. Rachael has a particular interest in mindfulness as well as body image through a Health at Every Size lens. Her goal is to work collaboratively with her clients to assist in strategies to enhance overall well-being.
