Therapy for older adults

Getting older really needs to feel like a privilege but in so many ways, it’s rotten, challenging and really hard.
We deal with specific, age related issues.

Our bodies change and start to show wear and tear, things we used to enjoy just aren’t as enjoyable anymore, and life can look really different, especially if the meaning in our lives was based on our work.

Or maybe it’s that you or a loved one have started to experience cognitive decline from dementia or just from the natural aging processes on the brain, and need some help working out how to adjust and adapt to these changes.
