Therapy for adolescents

Teenage years can be really tough, especially in this era of social media and the pressures that young people are placed under.
We have never before seen so many teens with mental health issues – the world has become a challenging place for our teens to navigate.

Luckily we have members of our team who love working with adolescents – from those who love to chat to those who are very reluctant to engage in therapy.

Our adolescent clincians utilise CBT, motivational interviewing, ACT, mindfulness, schema therapy, EMDR and our VR therapy as well to assist young people in finding greater contentment and direction.

Please note that we are unable to complete ADHD or Autism assessments at this time and we do not have eating disorder specific therapists.
