Dr Lynette Griffiths

Clinical Psychologist

Dr Lynette Griffiths

Everyone has difficult periods, and some have more than most. As a clinical psychologist with a keen interest in women’s health, I am passionate about helping people when life feels particularly difficult: when the children won’t settle, when work is stressful, or when it all feels so overwhelming it’s hard to leave the house. In addition to my consulting work in clinical psychology private practices, I have worked in specialist teams focusing on antenatal care, tele-health and intellectual disabilities, and have completed further qualifications in the management of chronic health conditions. Although this keeps me very busy, I still find time to dance (mostly ballet) and can often be found taking long walks with my adorable Cavoodle, Nala.

Further Information

I have worked across a wide range of settings including private practice, health and tertiary education. I was a founding member of the clinical psychology program at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), and was an interim clinic director at the Flinders University Psychology Clinic.
