Ashleigh is a clinical psychologist who is passionate about working with children, young people and families deal with a range of challenges. Ashleigh has experience both in the private and public sector, working with young people who have experienced a wide range of social, emotional, relational and behavioural concerns. This includes anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex developmental trauma, stress and adjustment issues and family and relationship difficulties.
Ashleigh takes a warm, empathic and individualised approach to suit the needs of her clients and their families. Ashleigh utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioural therapy (CBT), Mindfulness based therapies, and attachment theory. Ashleigh likes to build on her client’s strengths to assist them to deal with their current challenges and increase resilience and coping skills to support them into the future.
